Corset was born in 2014 thanks to the expertise of a personality in the yachting world, Eng. Paolo Francia, combined with the experience of his highly qualified collaborators.
Thanks to its quality and brand history, in a few years the company has become a milestone in the manufaturing of composite materials for the production of components for pleasure yachts.
The tenacity has always characterized the group and has facilitated its expansion throughout the country. Today Corset has 8 active work sites in Italy to supply the major national and international nautical brands.

Corset’s historic shipyards, located in Emilia Romagna and Marche, supply the whole of Northern and Central Italy. With the acquisition of Idar factory in Contursi Terme (SA) Corset has turned its attention to Southern Italy.

Here there are two historical Corset work sites as well as the legal and administrative headquarters. These sites supply the Forlì shipbuilding industry.

This shipyard was designed by Corset and was created together with the JJL Catamarans site which produces fiberglass sailing catamarans.

This Corset's historical work site is dedicated to the construction of models and mouds of sailing motorboats up to 60 feet.
Contursi Terme
Ex Idar shipyard recently acquired by Corset. It has always supplied the Fiart Mare shipyard in Naples with fiberglass.
Villanova
This ex Energia Composita work site has been recently acquired and known for supplying many motor yacht brands with carbon and fiberglass components.
Dovadola
Work site recently acquired by Corset. This former Energia Composita site supplies the motor yacht industry with composite material products.

Third work site originating from the acquisition of Energia Composita, supplier of well-known brands such as Wally and Ferretti Yatchs.

Hand Molding and Infusion

Post Curing
Thermo controlled post curing of parts in a latest generation oven, which allows the issuing of compliance reports
Fairing and Painting
Gelcoat finishing or painting of composite material components
Lab tests
Mechanical characterization and experiments on new materials are carried out with the collaboration of Linset laboratory
